Andrea Corr

Andrea Jane Corr MBE is an Irish singer, songwriter, musician and actress. Corr first made her appearance in the year 1990 as lead singer for The Corrs, a Celtic pop and rock group The Corrs with Caroline Sharon Jim as well as their three elder siblings. Andrea Corr, an Irish musician singer songwriter actor is a member of the Corrs. Andrea Corr was awarded the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire was awarded to her and she is also well-known as the leader of the Celtic Folk-Pop-Rock group The Corrs. She sings as well as plays various instruments with the group. Andrea began her acting career in the year 1991. Later, she became an experienced singer and stage performer. She performed the playback in Warner Bros.' 1998 animated feature film The Quest for Camelot. Six studio albums, two compilation albums two live albums and one remix album under her belt, Andrea is well-known as a multi-faceted artist. Additionally, Andrea was awarded awards for her humanitarian work. Andrea along with her husband Stockbroker has two kids. Andrea began her music lessons through learning how to play the tin whistle. Gerry was her instructor when she first began learning to play piano. Andrea is also a musician on the ukulele. She spent most of her teens honing her singing skills. The teenage years she spent honing her musical skills. Andrea was a student of Dun Lughaidh Convent and participated in various school productions.
